Another feature that speeds up orthopedic measurements has just been released in the Pixeon Aurora PACS viewer!
The new Distance Between Lines tool allows users to draw two parallel lines and measure the spacing between them, making it valuable for verifying acromiohumeral, acromioclavicular, and intra-articular knee distances, among others.
Focused on generating greater efficiency in image analysis, the calculation is performed with just three clicks: the first two define the start and end of the first line, and the third defines the position of the second line, recording the effective distance between the two.

Specialized Orthopedic Measurement Tools
The Pixeon Aurora PACS viewer includes several special tools for specific medical specialties.
For orthopedics, the solution provides the following features to all clients at no additional cost:
- Automatic measurement of distance between parallel lines, improving agility in the evaluation of cavities and joint spaces.
